Gregg Beldock
CEO
Gregg Beldock graduated from the University of Vermont. Gregg and his wife Beth live on a large working farm in Charlotte, VT. Gregg has been in real estate development, syndication, finance and operations for a quarter of a century. Since 1984, Gregg has focused on being a construction manager, entrepreneur, and real estate developer in the New York area and northern New England, where Gregg is the owner of Bullrock Corporation. His experience as a construction manager for large regional development firms and as an Owner/Developer has included luxury residential condominiums, retail showrooms, affordable housing, distribution facilities, Co-op and condominium conversion and renovations, hotel conversions, franchise business development, health care living communities and renewable energy. From 2000 to 2014, Beth and Gregg developed The Lodge Senior Living Communities. With four communities and five hundred employees, The Lodges expanded to become a nationally recognized leader in senior living care and innovation. With the portfolio selling in the summer of 2014, Gregg, Beth and the Bullock team have focused on developing solar arrays, investing in multi-family housing, consulting in the senior arena and planning for a bright future.
Geordie Beldock
Project Manager
Geordie's foundation in construction began at an early age, growing up on job sites and gaining firsthand experience in the trades. After spending over a decade managing premier fishing and hunting lodges across Alaska and South America—including launching and operating his own fly-fishing business in remote Alaska—he returned to Vermont in 2019 with deep operational experience and a refined approach to managing complex projects in demanding environments. Since returning, Geordie has transitioned into high-end commercial construction, where he leverages his logistical expertise and leadership background to deliver sophisticated, detail-driven builds. He began as a site superintendent, managing day-to-day field operations, subcontractor coordination, and quality control on large-scale projects. Now serving as a project manager, he leads all aspects of commercial development—from preconstruction planning and budgeting to on-site execution and client coordination. His ability to manage fast-paced schedules while maintaining design integrity and high-performance standards makes him a valuable contributor to elevated commercial spaces
Andrew Thomas
President Development and Operations
Andrew began working at Bullrock in 2006 and has worn many hats since that time. As lead developer, Andrew oversaw the construction of a series of senior living communities that included independent living, assisted living and memory care. Additionally, Andrew ran the management and healthcare teams, while spearheading the development of unique healthcare and scheduling software. Since 2015, Andrew has served as President of Bullrock Solar and has overseen the entitlement, development and construction of 50 megawatts of solar in Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York, He graduated from Hartwick College in 2001.
Tim Sharek
Controller
Tim graduated from St. Michael's College in Vermont in 2011. Directly after college, he earned his Certified Public Accountant license and began his career auditing companies in the insurance and health care industries. After transitioning to the Manager of Accounting role at the largest health care organization in New Hampshire, he joined Bullrock in his current position as Controller.
Doug Moses
Project Manager
After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2004, Doug joined the team here at Bullrock . He has over 10 years of experience in project management. Doug also was in Syracuse, NY, where he managed two construction projects vital to the area. He was the Construction Manager of a development project that included the construction of the first Costco in Central New York. He was also the Project Manager for a 130,000 sq ft Marriott Hotel, the first of its kind in downtown Syracuse.
Zdravko Stefanovic
Director of Aviation, Marketing & Real Estate Management Operations
Zdravko joined Bullrock in 2019, supervising Bullrock's Real Estate projects. His work helped Bullrock turn profit, and in turn led to a construction of another 36-apartment residential building in Stowe, Vermont. He now oversees and manages operations for a $45m real estate portfolio. Today, Zdravko is the director of Bullrock's Aviation Operations, Marketing, and Real-estate Management Operations. He is the first officer on the company's King Air B200, piloting, coordinating, managing and overseeing all aircraft operations and maintenance schedules. Zdravko directs and manages Bullrock's media & creative real estate projects and acts as an independent IT & media consultant for the family of companies.
Will Cole
Project Manager
Will received his Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering with a specialization in Renewable Ocean Energy from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2010. While completing his BS, Will designed a renewable energy system, which would produce energy from ocean currents. This design won many awards and recognition from such companies as Northrop Grumman Corp. Will completed his Masters Degree in Engineer Management in 2012.

Annie provides support for just about everything we do. If you have a question or need something tracked down she is a great resource. She also handles AP/AR and Administrative support for Bullrock
